A message dated July 6 was received stating the Governor signed the                                                             
following bill and is transmitting the engrossed and enrolled copies to                                                         
the Lieutenant Governor's office for permanent filing:                                                                          
                                                                                                                                
    SENATE CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 56(L&C)                                                                                        
    "An Act relating to the certification of veterinarians; exempting                                                           
    veterinarians from the requirements of the controlled substance
